Study Description:
This is a clinical research study to test the safety and effectiveness of an approved asthma combination therapy when delivered through a new investigational propellent, which is used to deliver the medication through a fine mist in inhalers compared to a standard of care propellent. Participants will receive either the propellent being tested in the study, the standard of care propellent or placebo using the standard of care propellent to take 2 inhalations 4 times a day for 12 weeks. Additional procedures will include vital signs, physical examinations, laboratory tests, spirometry tests, electrocardiograms (ECGs) and daily e-diary entries. Total participation will last approximately 3 and a half months and would include 6 doctor’s visits throughout the study. Eligibility for the study will be determined by the study doctor following one or more in-person screening visits to the clinic. Trial-related procedures and study medication will be provided at no cost.

Qualifications:
- Must be diagnosed with asthma 1 year or longer
Highest DQs:
- Cannot have a history of any of the following lung conditions: COPD, Bronchiectasis, Cystic Fibrosis, Sarcoidosis, or Emphysema
- Must be a former smoker (of over 6 months) or have never smoked (includes vapes and marijuana)
