Flow description: A user installs the app on their device
1. The user registers on the platform (only email and password required) - signup-success event
2. The user initiates KYC (sends a scan of their ID, a selfie with ID, fills in required personal info, like name, surname, date of birth, and country) - verification-identity-sent event
3. The YouHodler support team verifies all uploaded information (it is done automatically, but in rare cases, manual review is required)
4. If the KYC is approved, then identity verification is complete (KYC success) - verification-identity-success event - conversion fires on this step
5. After KYC approval the user gets full access to all Youhodler's products (take a Loan, open Turbocharge, Multi HODL, or deposit funds to the Wallet to start earning passive income (open a Savings account)). If the user takes a Loan, opens Turbocharge, or Multi HODL (we call any of these actions an Activation) the user is considered as activated
