We work on ping post model trying to monetise each lead to the maximum value according to different metrics like Credit Score, Zip Code and others.
Average payout per lead can variate from $9 to $30
Keep in mind what is required to accept *lead as valid*:
-zip code, preferably to use next states as leads have the best quality here: CA, IL, CT, MA, HI, FL, TX, NJ, AZ
- bank credentials of lead -valid credit score is equal or more than 660
- lead must be a homeowner
- home means house not an apartment
-single homeowner
- electric bill equal or more than $150 
- little to no shade ( if user choose shadowed in survey,  lead will not be validated)
- valid contact information (Name, surname, email, phone, city, zip code of this)
- age 18 yo + ( best converting age 30-60 yo, gender doesn't matter)
-not a current solar customer
-Invalid lead--> no bankruptcy, no shade on roof
-call center hours are open from M-F 6 AM to 8 PM.  Sat & Sun 7 AM to 5 PM (we recommend to send traffic in this time hour)
-Disqualifications:
Test, Duplicate, Invalid Contact Info, Wrong Number, Did Not Apply, Non-homeowners, Power bill must = $150+, Roof shade cannot = Lots, Commercial Lead, Do Not Call List, Has Solar Already, Home Not Built, Bad/Poor Credit, Mobile/Multifamily Residence, Hung Up On Agent, Incentivized, Mislead/FREE, Non-Compliant Leads.
-Valid lead: Homeowner, electric bill greater than $150, little to no shade, valid contact information
