Conversion Flow (APP):
Install → Open App → Registration via phone number → Provide personal information → Approval Stage (Not a Payable Event) → Confirmation by customer → Loan Disbursement (Payable Event)

Required Action:
Users must complete the application for their first loan through the website or mobile app, successfully pass the approval process, and have the loan disbursed into their account.

KPI / Goal:
While we have no strict KPI requirements, our priority is to target relevant, high-quality users to maintain a solid loan approval rate and minimize default risk. (!) Additionally, each account is expected to generate a minimum of 50 new loans per month. Accounts that do not meet this threshold cannot be maintained.

Customer is unemployed, student, housewife, or pensioner 

Customer works in restricted industries (lawyer, army, police, navy, etc.)

 Identification (email, phone, bank account, Seon ID) is invalid, blacklisted, or duplicated Device is a virtual machine, duplicated, or flagged for suspicious similarity 

Selfie or documents are invalid or unclear 

Customer has no verifiable income 

Customer is not a citizen of Malaysia
