1) Customer Country/Region is IT (Italy): 28% of the order sale amount; 

BONUS:

EUR1,000.00-EUR1,999.99 revenue - 32% of the order sale amount; 
EUR2,000.00+ revenue - 34.4% of the order sale amount; 

2) Customer Country/Region is not IT (Italy): 32% of the order sale amount;

BONUS:

EUR1,000.00-EUR1,999.99 revenue - 36% of the order sale amount; 
EUR2,000.00+ revenue - 38.4% of the order sale amount; 

3) All other: 0.00% of the order sale amount.

Actions are locked 27 days and paid after 20 days after end of the month they are tracked. 

Conversion Flow: pixel fires once an order is placed and paid for. Orders track as events, are stored in pending until advertiser's approval and get updated when their status changes on advertiser's end. For payable events, conversions are created.

Possible event dispositions:

Pending - Pending -> order status hasn't changed since placement
