Actions are locked 15 day(s) after end of the month they are tracked. Approved transactions are paid 1 month(s) and 5 day(s) after the Invoice.

Possible event dispositions:

Pending - Pending -> order status hasn't changed since placement

Rejected - Does Not Qualify -> refunded or otherwise non-payable order

Rejected - Delivered -> order has been delivered and approved by the advertiser, conversion has been created for it
