Conversion Point: Pixel will fire on cc submit GEO - USA Traffic - Email Traffic Allowed TRAFFIC QUALITY AND FRAUD CONTROL Clean Traffic Policy The Publisher shall deliver only clean, authentic traffic, free from fraudulent activity. Too much Rebroking can lead to rejection due to traffic quality.  Traffic that violates the following will be rejected and may lead to withheld payments: •    Suspicious IP Addresses: Leads originating from IP addresses flagged as fraudulent or showing patterns of abuse will be rejected. •    Proxies and VPNs: Leads originating from known proxy servers or VPNs will be considered fraudulent unless pre-approved by the Advertiser. •    Inconsistent Geographies: Leads originating from locations that do not align with campaign targeting criteria will be deemed invalid. •    Bot Traffic: Any non-human, automated, or bot-generated traffic will be strictly prohibited. •    Click Spam: Traffic generated by click fraud techniques or incentivized actions will be classified as fraudulent. Subscription Cancellations and Lead Quality •    High Cancellation Rates: If a high percentage of subscriptions (more than 30%) are canceled/returned/disputed within the first 7 days, the Advertiser reserves the right to reject the corresponding leads as fraudulent. (Hard) •    Low-Quality Leads: Leads that fail to meet predefined quality benchmarks, such as poor engagement, Rebill Rate Less than 50% or fake details, will not be paid for. (Soft) •    Traffic Optimization: Upon request from the Advertiser, the Publisher is required to optimize the traffic to improve quality. Failure to implement optimization within the agreed timeframe will result in traffic rejection. Net 30 payment terms Conversions can be removed/scrubbed for fraud and incentive traffic. All email affiliates must download and process campaign-specific suppression files before starting any live sends to this campaign. After the initial download/processing of the suppression file, this should be continued on a weekly basis whilst active traffic is being sent to the campaign. Failure to follow these terms will result in penalties and/or suspension from the network.
