5. Affiliates can place banners or links within their newsletters, in content on your website or in similar content.
6. NOT ALLOWED: The use of banners or links in other areas such as newsgroups, chat rooms, ICQ, forums, banner networks, click generation websites, counters or guestbooks, etc. is NOT permitted.
7. NOT ALLOWED: Placing advertising material in a “desktop” advertising campaign. This includes any third party advertising platform that uses a desktop application to display advertising of any kind.
8. NOT ALLOWED: The display of a merchant window that is not the result of a direct click by the end user.
9. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension of cooperation and the complete loss of the commission.

Fraud is defined as any act committed with the intent to generate sales, leads or click-throughs using bots, frames, iframes, scripts or by manually updating pages for the sole purpose of earning commission.
