Conversion Flow: pixel fires once an order is placed and paid for. Orders track as events, are stored in pending until advertiser's approval and get updated when their status changes on advertiser's end. For payable events, conversions are created.

Actions are locked 30 days after end of the month they are tracked.  Payed after 15 days after the end of the month of Invoice.
Approved conversions will be paid only after receiving funds from the advertiser!

Possible event dispositions:

Pending - Pending -> order status hasn't changed since placement

Rejected - Does Not Qualify -> refunded or otherwise non-payable order

Rejected - Delivered -> order has been delivered and approved by the advertiser, conversion has been created for it
