KPI:
1. The operator reserves the right to make the Performance Review of the source anytime and to withdraw any deal with the 6h notice.

2. By the date of the Performance Review of the source, if 35% or more of players deposited a minimum of 10 EUR, the operator reserves the right to deduct CPA down to 50% of the initially agreed price for the source. The players from such a source, who registered but didn’t make FTD, will be transferred to 0% RS without a possibility of triggering CPA in the future.

3. If deposits of first time depositors are not 50% of total rewards CPA amount will be reduces by 50%.

4. Should the operator consider the buy from a certain source as unsuccessful at his sole discretion, he can decide to stop the acquisition from such a source. All registered accounts from that source that didn't trigger CPA during the hold time can be transferred to 0% rev share, meaning no CPA can occur in the future for these leads.
