1. PPC/Brand Bidding is not allowed.
2. Geo Targeting: Australia
3. Commission will not be paid when a coupon code has been used that was not provided to the publisher the customer transacted through. (Only free delivery coupon code will be paid)
4. Commission will not be paid if a customer engages with a first touch paid channel before clicking on the Affiliate offering ie Search, Display, Social.
5. Commission will not be eligible on taxes and gift card purchases.
6. Commission will only be eligible when a customer has checked out as a logged in user.
7. Commission will not be paid out on orders under $50.
8. vCommission will not be held responsible for any misleading or unapproved promotions carried out by affiliates.
