Payable action: Cost Per Onboarding

Rs. 175 per onboarding at 10% KPI or Rs.210 per Onboarding at 15% KPI, on pro-rata basis.



KPIs: 10% - 15% SIP

With above KPI, the Average SIP ATS needs to be Rs. 150 for Rs. 175 Payout or Rs. 200 for Rs. 210 Payout and user need to be stay invested for at least 3 months which means they need to do emandate.
