Study Description: The goal of the ACADIA study is to see if a combination of two well-known asthma medications (albuterol and budesonide) in a single inhaler can help reduce asthma symptoms and prevent asthma attacks in adolescents. While both medications are approved to be used individually, the combination inhaler has not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for people under the age of 18 and is therefore considered an investigational medication. Participants will continue taking their usual asthma medications in addition to the study medication (there will be no placebo in this study). Study doctors will use lung function tests and questionnaires to measure changes in asthma. Qualified participants will attend approximately 10 clinic visits over a 13-month period. Eligibility for the study will be determined by the study doctor during in-person screening clinic visits. Study-related medical care and study inhalers are provided at no cost.  Participants (and their parents) will be compensated for their time, transportation support and reimbursement for study-related travel expenses is available. Qualifications: - Diagnosed 12 months + - Child used an inhaler every day for the last 3 months - In the past 12 months, your child had an asthma attack, flare-up, or worsening of symptoms that required: hospital, urgent care, or prescription steroid - No known serious medical conditions or health concerns  in child other than asthma
