Definition of a qualified call: callers interested in Debt resolution, with a current source of income. Caller needs to have a minimal 5k credit card debt of and unsecured debt.

Definition of non-qualified call: No medical debt. Non US Consumers; Consumers did not meet Minimum Debt or Income Amount requirement;

Call did not meet Billable Duration requirement; Duplicate calls or lead; Incentivized calls or leads:

Consumers that are already enrolled in a program; Consumers that did not want to speak about debt;

Consumers that did not have debt issues

No Debt, Only Secured Debt, Federal Debt, Looking for Loan, Looking for a check.

Duplicate calls are not billable

Spanish calls are forbidden

Merchant is not allowed to reject calls
