Detailed KPI:
1. Cancelled Orders and RTS Orders are not payable.
2. WakeFit will also check the first referral % metrics, which means out of 100 orders if 60 orders come via the first touch then the first referral % will be 60%. That will be validated through our internal attribution report. The more you get first ref % the more will be the budget in the upcoming months.
3. There shall not be the use of any couponic /cashback/gambling / pornographic / any objectionable sites while running our campaigns.
4. No bidding on the brand keywords
5. We do not pay on the cancelled orders
6. AOV of Rs 10,000 is necessary to maintain. If not done we will do the pro rata billing. Example - If you generate Rs 1,00,000 revenue and 11 orders , then AOV becomes Rs 9091. In this case we will bill as per 10 orders (100000/10000 = 10). Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
7. We do not pay on fraud orders as well. Frauds can be defined as - Brand bidding, behaviour fraud, cookie stuffing, device repetition, device spoofing, geo fraud, imperceptible window, ip repeat hourly, pop under, server farm, vpn proxy etc.  Kindly ask your publishers to give non fraud orders.
8. The billing will be based on the quantity of items ordered, not on the (GMV).
