Hotel - 5.6% per reservation
Apartment - 5.6% per reservation

Possible event dispositions:
Pending - Pending -> order status hasn't changed since placement
Rejected - Does Not Qualify -> refunded or otherwise non-payable order
Rejected - Delivered -> order has been delivered and approved by the advertiser, conversion has been created for it
Maximum period is 60 days for everything except hotels, for which the maximum period is 365 days.
