Gift Cards - $0 per order sale amount.

Conversion Flow: pixel fires once an order is placed and paid for. Orders track as events, are stored in pending until advertiser's approval and get updated when their status changes on advertiser's end. For payable events, conversions are created.

Actions are locked after end of the month they are approved. If actions are not updated within 24 month(s), they will be automatically reversed.
Approved transactions are paid 45 day(s) after end of the month they lock

Possible event dispositions:
Pending - Pending -> order status hasn't changed since placement
Rejected - Does Not Qualify -> refunded or otherwise non-payable order
Rejected - Delivered -> order has been delivered and approved by the advertiser, conversion has been created for it
