Study Description:
The purpose of this clinical study is to learn more about the investigational injectable medication dupilumab for treating Prurigo Nodularis in children and adolescents. If enrolled, your child may receive the investigational medication as an injection 6 to 12 times, depending on the weight of the child, over the course of approximately 6 months. Study procedures will include blood draws, physical examinations, and electronic diary entries. Total participation will last approximately 10 months and include up to 6 office visits. Participants will receive trial-related procedures and study medication at no cost.
Qualifications:
- Itch must be at least a 7 out of 1-10 scale
- Child must have at least 6+ bumps
- At least two areas of your child's body must be affected by itchy bumps
- Cannot have ever used the self-injectable medication Dupixent (Dupilumab)
- Child cannot be taking: Gabarone (Gabapentin), Lyrica (Pregabalin), or Thalomid (Thalidomide)
