Hard KPI
1. Click → Install (C2I)
Requirement: Click2Install conversion ≥ 1.5%.
If the rate is below this threshold, the traffic is considered low-quality and will not be paid.
2. Trial → Paid (T2P)
Requirement: Trial2Paid conversion ≥ 30%.
If below this threshold, the traffic will not be paid.
Exception: KPI may be reconsidered in case of product-side technical issues.
3. Refund Rate
Requirement: Refund Rate < 5%.
If this threshold is exceeded, the traffic is considered fraudulent and will not be paid.
4. Anti-Fraud & Traffic Quality
All traffic sources must be pre-approved.
Prohibited: incent traffic, motivated traffic, click bots, spam, doorway traffic, and any other rule-violating methods.
If fraud is detected: no payment, and the partner may be removed from the program.
5. Tracking & Attribution
View-through attribution is prohibited.
In case of discrepancies, advertiser’s data takes priority.
6. Payment Adjustment (Key KPI)
If one or more key Hard KPIs (C2I, I2T, T2P, Refund Rate) are not met →
traffic may be considered low-quality and will not be paid.
Soft KPI
1. Install → Trial (I2T)
Requirement: Install2Trial conversion ≥ 25–30%.
If < 25% — traffic will be reviewed manually, and payment may be reduced or rejected.
2. Renewal Rate
Requirement: Renewal Rate ≥ 50%.
If lower — the payout is reduced proportionally to the actual user LTV
3. Subscription Churn Rate
Requirement: Subscription Churn Rate < 50%.
If higher — payment is calculated according to actual LTV with an applied discount.
4. Data Volume Requirements
Minimum volume for KPI evaluation — 50 trials during the test period.
If the volume is lower — KPIs are not applied (to avoid statistical distortion).
5. Payment Adjustment (Retention KPI)
If Retention / Renewal / Churn KPIs are not met →
payment is calculated based on actual user LTV (70% of LTV).
