The advertiser can:

• Request screenshots of your ads in case of dispute.
• If you approved the traffic more than 7 days ago and want to launch the offer, you must obtain approval for the launch in the chat with your personal manager. Otherwise, we reserve the right to place a hold on payment for this traffic and are not responsible for it.
• Save screenshots of your ads. They will be needed as an argument to resolve the dispute in your favor if the advertiser questions the quality of the traffic.
• If you connect to offers with specific traffic sources, we reserve the right to request screenshots confirming that you are working with the traffic source you specified during the traffic approval process.
• Reconciliation occurs: 10th-15th of the month for the previous month.
• Payment occurs: from the 10th of the month until the end of the month after reconciliation for the previous month.
