Traffic rollover is paid only if it meets the minimum requirements for continuing cooperation.

Minimum traffic requirements for continued cooperation:

1. The average check for the first month must be ≥ the average check from the same traffic source for the first month on the project.
2. The wager amount must be 3x the total deposit sum for at least 80% of the test cap.
3. The traffic must be live and active.

Traffic evaluation process:
If the traffic is deemed unsatisfactory:

1. It will be placed on hold until the middle of the next month to meet the minimum requirements.
2. If the traffic does not meet the quality standards during the hold period, the cooperation under a no-KPI model will be terminated, but a retest under a KPI or BL model may be possible.

The test cap is fully paid in the agreed volume of 10-30 FTDs (excluding duplicates, rollover traffic that does not meet the minimum requirements, and traffic that violates the affiliate program or project rules, such as fraud, incentivized traffic, brand bidding, targeting under-18 audiences, etc.). Depending on the test results, a new cap may be assigned, or the deal conditions may be adjusted.

• Overall traffic quality is evaluated. If the traffic quality is low and ROI is unsatisfactory, the advertiser may reduce the reward.
• We recommend keeping screenshots of your advertising materials. In case of disputes about traffic quality with the advertiser, these can serve as arguments for a positive resolution.
• If you agreed on a flow more than 14 days ago and want to launch the offer, you must get approval for the launch in the chat with your account manager. Otherwise, we reserve the right to place the payment for this traffic on hold and are not responsible for it.
