System works on a ROAS/bucket model. the CPA pixel fire is essentially driven entirely by performance. Once we make a certain amount of revenue, we fire the cost pixel. the better the traffic, the more you make, it is similar to a rev share receive a giftcard/reward for completing actions & offers on the offerwall. -can promote as "continue towards reward", "get reward". Can not say "win" or “free” or imply scarcity
