NEED PROOF Restrictions: PROOF IS REQUIRED TO BE SENT PRIOR TO DEPLOYMENTS FOR APPROVAL ***IMPORTANT - Sending Domains and Do Not Edit Creatives*** -All sending domains must be US domains. No non-US domain suffixes can be used. -Sending domains and reply-to emails should be “real and readable.” For example, random letters and numbers in both the username and the domain would be considered unreadable due to the jumbled sequence of the characters. -Users can receive an AARP email from a list no more than 6X per month. -AARP does allow for re-mails to OPENERS within 5 days – this does not count against the 6-touch rule. -FROM, SL and Creative cannot be altered from approved creatives. -If you have specific creative requests, those can be sent to your AM for approval by AARP. -Creatives must include “paid advertisement” language. -Opt-out link must be in readable text and cannot be part of an image. If your template includes opt-out as part of a clickable image, then you must also include a text version of the opt-out link so it is readable in all use cases. -The physical address in the footer must belong to the sending domain. The client doesn't supply this address. -Suppression list must be always used. AARP monitors and flags when Joins and Renew percentages are not proportionate. -Multiple infractions will result in removal from the AARP email program.
