Not paid:

Traffic that falls under one or more restrictions from the “Categorically Prohibited” list;

Inactive traffic - complete absence of bids and/or re-deposits (if any);

Traffic that does not meet the KPIs of the offer (if any);

Multi-accounts, test conversions, scams, websites, torrents, motive, incent, celebrities in creo.

IMPORTANT FOR WEBMASTERS: before launching traffic, check with your personal manager about the relevance of the offer and the possibility of launching it.
