Partecipando a questo programma, il Publisher riconosce ed accetta che dovrà rispettare le T&C sottoscritte con Admitad  e le condizioni particolari imposte dal Gruppo Dentsu per la promozione del programma in oggetto e più specificatamente Il Publisher si impegna a tenere indenne e manlevati Admitad e il Gruppo Dentsu per ogni danno (diretto e/o indiretto), costo, onere e spesa, incluse eventuali spese legali, da questi ultimi sostenute o anticipate che possano derivare da eventuali contestazioni e che possano essere formulate, anche in via stragiudiziale e/o anche indirettamente dai soggetti inclusi nel Database, sulla base dei loro diritti attribuiti dalla Legge, per illecito trattamento dei dati da parte di tali soggetti, nonché ogni altra controversia che possa essere promossa dinanzi all'autorità giudiziaria ordinaria, amministrativa e al Garante a causa di una violazione della normativa applicabile da parte di tale soggetto.

Entering in this program, the Publisher the acknowledges and accepts that shall comply with the T&C signed with Admitad and the special conditions imposed by the Dentsu Group during the promotion of the affiliate program and more precisely The Publisher undertakes to hold harmless and indemnify Admitad and the Dentsu Group for all damages (direct and / or indirect), costs, charges and expenses, including any legal fees, incurred or anticipated that may arise from any disputes that may be formulated, even out of court and/or even indirectly by the subjects contained in the Database based on of the rights attributed to them by the Applicable Law, for unlawful processing of data by that party as well as any other dispute that may be brought before the ordinary judicial, administrative authorities and the Garante due to a breach of applicable law by that party.
