Every customer has a personal stylist, from whom they receive individual advice and are then sent hand-picked outfits. Shipping and advice are completely free. The customer can try everything on at home and send back anything that doesn't fit or doesn't like it free of charge within 14 days.

We do a preliminary check of potential customers. If someone does not pass the check, they have to pay €150 in advance. If the customer should not pay the advance payment, the order is considered canceled.
If the customer arranges a telephone appointment and does not attend, the order is considered to be cancelled.
