The cookie is the time available to record a sale to a partner from the moment a user expresses interest in advertising until the final purchase is made. It initially lasts 15 days for new partners.
The duration of cookies may be extended for new partners who have significant traffic flow to their portals, as well as depending on the sales volume achieved.

Only those reservations that have actually been used by the client will be refunded. Therefore, if the reservation is cancelled, no payment will be due.

There are two situations that can lead to you generating income with Travel Benefits:
1. That customer is a new customer to us, in which case you get a percentage of that reservation and all future ones.
2. If the customer is already our customer, in which case you'll receive a percentage of that booking and any future bookings that come directly from your actions, but not any bookings made directly through our website.

Commission payments for bookings made by the user over time will be valid as long as the collaborator makes at least 4 recommendations per year (1 per quarter) and may take up to 15 days to appear on the collaborator's statistics and control panel.
