Study Description: This study is evaluating an investigational new medication for the treatment of Sjögren's disease. The type of medicine is called a T cell engager. It works by helping the body’s immune system to eliminate cells that cause Sjögren's. Participants will receive the study medication subcutaneously (under the skin), once a week for up to 4 weeks. There is no placebo (medicine that contains no active ingredients) for this study. Additional procedures include vital signs, blood tests, and electrocardiograms (ECGs). Salivary gland biopsies (under local anesthetic) and salivary gland ultrasounds may be performed. Salivary glands are small organs in your mouth that produce saliva. Total participation will last approximately 1 year and will include 14 study visits. Participants will stay in the hospital for at least 2 days after receiving the first and second dose of the study medication. Participants can participate in an optional long term follow up period for approximately 1 additional year with study visits every 3 months. Eligibility for the study will be determined by the study doctor following one in-person screening visit to the clinic. Trial-related procedures, study medication, and travel support will be provided at no cost.
