Merchant Call Rejection Policy

Merchant is allowed to reject calls on a daily basis if:
-Callers don't speak Spanish
-The information provided by the caller is determined to be false, misleading, or fraudulent, client already enrolled in the debt program
-Client doesn't have Debt or debt is less than 10k
