Numbers will be finalized and approved from Chatys internally BI system within the first 7 days of the next month

Targeting: only men (if possible 30+)

Restrictions: no incent, no fraud, no adult, no fake Users, Events, revenues, pictures etc. (if fraud will be found, it will be rejected) -> fraud which is not shown in Adjust but in the BI will also be rejected 

Blacklist of Publishers: Tarsan, AdCounty, Adshustle, Apppushmedia, Appsclicks, Digitalhub, Medialinks, Pomegranads (if traffic will be found from such Publishers, will be also rejected)

--> that means, the user added a profile pic (because only real users add profile pictures, if not that means its not good) (CPR EVENT)

-> every user who signed up is getting an automated username, they can change it afterward and most of the User are doing this

--> that means the user sends a message to another user
