Leads that do not fulfill these criteria will not be considered qualified and, consequently, not eligible for affiliate compensation
False Claims: Affiliates can’t make any weight loss guarantees or ever use any brand names such as Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro. They can only say Semaglutide and/or Tirzepatide.
Fraudulent Activity Clause: The use of bots, fake information, incentivized leads not previously approved, or leads generated through misleading or unauthorized advertising are prohibited and GOAL.MD reserves the right to terminate a partnership if any of these practices are identified.
Lead Scrubbing Rights: GOAL.MD reserves the right to scrub (reject) any leads that are suspected of being fraudulent. GOAL.MD can scrub up to 100% of leads if they are deemed fraudulent or non-compliant with the program terms.
Creatives: All creatives need to be previously approved by GOAL.MD. Any publisher that promotes non-approved creatives will be removed from the program.
Prohibited Marketing Techniques: Spamming, unsolicited emails, false claims, or deceptive advertising is prohibited. Search promotion needs to be previously approved by GOAL.MD
Payment Terms: NET 30. GOAL.MD reserves the right to reverse any incoming leads that are not categorized as valid before this period.
Audit Rights: GOAL.MD reserves the right to audit affiliate activities to ensure compliance with the terms of the program. This includes the right to request and review marketing materials, traffic sources, and other relevant data.
Termination Policy: Any publisher that does not abide by the rules and instructions above will be terminated.
