Participants will receive 2 injections of either the investigational medication or placebo every 2 weeks for 3 months. The injections will be subcutaneous (SQ or Sub-Q), meaning the injection is given in the fatty tissue, just under the skin. Additional procedures include physical exams, skin assessments, and blood and urine collection. Total participation will last approximately 9.5 months and would include 15 doctor’s visits throughout the study. Eligibility for the study will be determined by the study doctor following one or more in-person screening visits to the clinic. Trial-related procedures and study medication will be provided at no cost. - Diagnosed for 6 months or longer - Must cover >10% of your body
