All promotional content must reflect the professionalism and integrity of the Akrivis brand." 2. Prohibited Content "Promotions may not be associated with content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination." 3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Guidelines"Publishers are prohibited from bidding on branded terms such as 'Akrivis,' 'Akrivis Real Estate Valuation,' or misspellings thereof in search engine marketing campaigns. Direct linking to the Akrivis website from paid search ads is not allowed without prior approval." 4. Use of Trademarks and Intellectual Property "Publishers may only use Akrivis trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property with prior written consent and must adhere to brand guidelines provided by Akrivis." 5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations "Publishers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to FTC guidelines on affiliate disclosures, CAN-SPAM regulations, and GDPR compliance for data protection." 6. Incentivized Traffic "Incentivized traffic, including but not limited to paid surveys, cashback programs, and points-based systems, is prohibited unless explicitly approved by Akrivis." 7. Traffic Sources "Publishers may only use traffic sources such as organic search, email marketing (with proper opt-ins), and social media. Unauthorized use of spam, pop-ups, or unsolicited email marketing is strictly prohibited." 8. Performance Monitoring "Akrivis reserves the right to monitor affiliate performance and terminate relationships with publishers that fail to meet performance standards or violate program terms." 9. Prohibited Geographies "Promotions are only permitted within the United States. Publishers may not target regions outside these areas without prior written consent." 10. Affiliate Approval "All publishers must be approved by Akrivis before gaining access to affiliate links and promotional materials. Akrivis reserves the right to deny or revoke approval at any time."
