The purpose of these clinical studies is to determine how effective investigational medications are at treating Diabetic Neuropathy. You may qualify to participate if you have been diagnosed with Diabetic Neuropathy. Geo: US Traffic: Email Ages: 18-75 Gender: All Study Description: This study is testing an investigational drug for diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP). Participants will receive either the study investigational drug or placebo as a series of three injections every week, for a total of 12 weeks. Additional procedures include collection of blood and urine samples, physical examination ECGs, vital signs and questionnaires. Total participation will last approximately 33 weeks and would include 20 site visits throughout the study. Eligibility for the study will be determined by the study doctor following one or more in-person screening visits to the site Trial-related assessments and the investigational drug or placebo will be provided at no cost. Qualifications: - Must be diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes - Must have experienced nerve pain in your feet or hands for at least 6 months - Must be taking medication to treat your diabetes - Cannot currently have any diabetic ulcers on your feet
