Merchant Call Rejection Policy

Merchant is allowed to reject calls on a daily basis if:
-Caller has secured debt, no debt or debt is below $6,000 based on the credit pull of the Merchant
-The information provided by the caller is determined to be false, misleading, or fraudulent, client already enrolled in the debt program, duplicate (according to the buyer's system)
