Detailed KPI:
1. Brand bidding is strictly prohibited.
2. Already existing customer & individual with no credit score will not be paid. We will not pay or give credit for junk applications delivered by publishers
3. Ad Creatives will be approved by Paisabazaar Marketing & Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
4. In case of any unapproved Creative/Content used by the publisher or sub-publisher, a huge penalty shall be imposed on the Service Provider against invoice amount for that respective month.
5. Validation criteria - New user/never registered on Paisabazaar
6. Paisabazaar Marketing & Consulting Pvt. Ltd. will only pay for valid Applications. We will not pay or give credit for junk applications delivered by publishers.
7. GST as applicable
8. Paisabazaar campaigns are only allowed to be run on Email/SMS/Natives/Push Notifications/Web notifications/Display Banners and on the respective platforms of the Service Provider. All other channels for providing such Services are blocked for Service Providers. In case of any breach of this Clause by the Service Provider, a penalty of 50% (Fifty) shall be imposed on the Service Provider against invoice amount for that respective month.
