Detailed KPI:
1. ROAS should be above 20% (0.2) — this will be treated as a soft KPI for the test budget.

3. Validation will be done on client BI (CRM) reports.
4. A "valid installation" is defined as a user who installs the app and successfully authorises as always allow the Safari browser extension within 7 days.
5.Fraud Checks & Deductions: The Client can review all installs. If fake or invalid installs (like bots, fake clicks, or suspicious behavior) are found, the Client can deduct the related amount.
6.Fraud Monitoring & Suspension: The Affiliate must ensure real users. If the fraud rate is high, the Client can pause campaigns with that channel until the issue is fixed.
7. Intially all conversion will record with payout of germany and at the time of validation it will be adjusted in US & UK.
