1. Client will not tolerate for any affiliates and it's conversion that come in
as a result of non-compliance with the guidelines listed below. Violating
affiliates will be blocked from client's offers and their accounts will be
subject to a formal audit which may result in account suspension or
deactivation and payment forfeiture.
2. We highly recommend you read the guidelines outlined below and It is your
sole responsibility to familiarize and comply these guidelines. Any dispute
afterward will not be entertained. Should you need further clarity, do contact
your Affiliate Manager.
3. No usage of copyrighted videos on YouTube or any other video/streaming site.
4 .No Bot Generated traffic of any kind.
5. No Ad Ware / Spyware traffic allowed.
6. No Misleading ads or creatives.
7. No Bundling of this offer with any other offers signup / installation
process.
8. Duplicate/invalid leads/installs/sales/conversions will be charged back at
the end of the month.
9. Publisher must use Senheng Electronic tracking link to promote all Senheng
Electronic Products. Using Senheng Marketplace tracking link to promote Senheng
Electronic product commission will not be attribute to pusblisher if the
purchase had completed.
10. You must only use creative material provided by Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn
Bhd. Any self-produced materials should be approved by adv.
