- No medical debt. Non US Consumer
- Consumers did not meet Minimum Debt or Income Amount requirement
- Call did not meet Billable Duration requirement
- Duplicate calls or lead; Incentivized calls or leads
- Consumers that are already enrolled in a program
- Consumers that did not want to speak about debt
- Consumers that did not have debt issues
- No sms
- No transfers, No incent

No Debt, Only Secured Debt, Federal Debt, Looking for Loan, Looking for a check.

Duplicate calls are not billable. Spanish calls are forbidden

Merchant is not allowed to reject calls
