1. Frontloading of the campaign is strictly prohibited. If the campaign budget is exhausted before month-end or overspent, no activations beyond the approved budget will be paid, and the publisher will be subject to penalties.
2. An FL to ACT rate of less than 5% is not acceptable.
3. Please make sure that no one runs any campaigns on Meta or Google or any brand bidding activities. Also, make sure that we are providing fraud free inventories – if any fraud detected, entire billing will be zero.
5. Meta, Google, brand bidding, and any similar promotional activities are strictly prohibited.
6. If any fraudulent activity is detected, the entire billing will be considered null and void.
7. Any overspend beyond the approved budget will not be paid and may attract penalties. Maintain a strict DRR of 40 (please add this as a campaign KPI).
8. Already existing customer will not be paid and attributed for validation
