This is achieved by means of a free doctor consultation facility via which the customer can opt for substitutes for the medicine. This opt-in can also be done without doctor intervention by the customer themselves in the app journey.

The percentage will be calculated first_order delivered_substitute/ first_order_delivered %.

User Funnel: [ App open -> Search medicine -> Order submitted -> Doctor Call -> Order confirmed -> Order delivered ]

To expand, once a user searches for the medicines and places a medicine order, there is a doctor call following which the order is confirmed and dispatched. A successful order delivered is when the customer receives & acknowledges the order.

App systems and fraud tracking:

1. Our current App attribution partner is Appsflyer, and we use the same for fraud tracking.
2. The attribution window would be of 14 Days.
3. The final conversions would be cross-checked with the backend database to ensure complete transparency as well as payout on the exact number of conversions.
4. We have zero tolerance for click spamming, click injection, or any form of fraud. We have a strict policy for fraud, and fraudulent events will not be compensated.

Terms & Conditions:

In the below terms, the advertiser is referred to as Truemeds (Intellihealth Solutions Pvt. Ltd.)
Validations and current spending will be shared once/twice a week by the advertiser. (If applicable)
Spending over the allocated budget will not be acceptable nor will be compensated.
Partner to make sure they plan their daily run rate as per the trend of their campaigns.
Partner to make sure no fraudulent activity is being carried out. We have zero tolerance for fraud.
In case any fraudulent activity is observed a notice shall be given and those acquisitions will not be compensated.
On the web, partners are not allowed to bid on search channels.
Partner to make sure you have the right tracking link with the right tracking parameters.
OEMs, Bulk-Buying, Wholesale activities are prohibited.
Partner to make sure to use the ad material shared by the advertisers. In case they would like to try something different, the partner will have to take advertiser's approval.
Partner to test the tracking link before going live.
Partner to confirm when the campaign goes live.
In case the user quality is poor, the advertiser has the right to pause the campaign.
Validation: Shared Post-14-day in the following month.
