Swiggy is an online food ordering and delivery platform. Swiggy also offers on-demand grocery delivery (Instamart) and instant package delivery services (Genie) across several cities. Join our delivery fleet for Food or Grocery and earn up to ₹50,000 per month, joining bonus up to ₹5,000 and additional daily incentives. You can also refer and earn extra.

Payable Action: Self sign up complete (source of truth would be client’s CRM report for final billing)

User Journey:

Note: Journey ensures that users can sign up on their own and begin working as Swiggy riders efficiently

1. Download and Install: download the Swiggy rider app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Select Language: select preferred language for app usage
3. Sign Up: choose the "Sign Up" option
4. Verify Phone number: enter the phone number and receive an OTP to verify
5. Personal Details: fill in personal details such as name, email, address, and emergency contact.
6. Add Vehicle details and documents: User uploads required documents such as driver's license, ID proof etc.
7. Add location: select the preferred working area for deliveries
8. Add Bank details
9. Complete sign-up: Submit and upon approval, complete the online training and orientation modules
10. Start Delivering: After successful training, the user starts accepting delivery orders

Fraud Rules: (applicable as per campaign model)

• P360 fraud check is considered. To render the most efficient traffic we implement the following set of parameters to check any suspicious activity.
• Click Injection: installs tracked within 09 seconds from the time of click will be flagged as click injection.
• Incent-Fraud: if a site IDs has less than 7 percent of 'day 2' retention then all events from the site will be flagged as incentive fraud.
• Click Spamming: if a site ID exceeds 85 percent of click to install time over 2 hours, then all events from the site will be flagged as click spamming.
• IP Fraud: installs recorded 20 or more from the same IP address on a single day will be flagged as IP fraud.
• Wrong App Version: installs not recorded from latest/current app version will be rejected.
• Country Mismatch: installs recorded on countries other than India will be rejected.
• Validation will be based on CRM data shared by Swiggy Team, not based on AppsFlyer in-app events data for self-sign-up complete.

Please note that final validation will be based on the client's CRM report.
