Definition of non-qualified call: Non-US Consumers; Consumers did not meet Minimum Debt or Income Amount requirement.

Call did not meet Billable Duration requirement; Duplicate calls or lead; Incentivized calls or leads:

Consumers that are already enrolled in a program; Consumers that did not want to speak about debt.

Consumers that did not have debt issues or are not able to pay monthly payments.
