Definition of a qualified call: callers interested in Debt resolution, with a current source of income. Caller needs to have minimal 10k credit card debt and unsecured debt. 

Allowed types of traffic: Social, Paid Search

Definition of non-qualified call: No medical debt. Non US Consumers; Consumers did not meet Minimum Debt or Income Amount requirement;

Call did not meet Billable Duration requirement; Duplicate calls or lead; Incentivized calls or leads:

Consumers that are already enrolled in a program; Consumers that did not want to speak about debt;

Consumers that did not have debt issues

No Debt, Only Secured Debt, Federal Debt, Looking for Loan, Looking for a check.

Duplicate calls are not billable

English calls are forbidden

Merchant Call Rejection Policy

Merchant is allowed to reject calls on a daily basis if:
-Caller has secured debt, no debt or debt is below $10,000 based on the credit pull of the Merchant
-The information provided by the caller is determined to be false, misleading, or fraudulent, client already enrolled in the debt program, duplicate (according to the buyer's system)
Merchant is allowed to reject calls on a weekly basis
-If CPA of the publisher is higher than $500
