Must be current with payments.
Must be able to make a minimum payment of $300/month 
No federal debt. No student loans. No business debt. No Auto Loan. No taxes. No Indian tribal loans.
No payday loans. Callers must be employed or have income to pay for services.

No Spanish callers

Repeat callers are not paid

Merchant is allowed to reject calls if:

• Debt Under 10k
  No debt (according to the Merchant's credit pull)
• Looking for a loan
  Looking for a check
  Thought it's a gov.program
• No income / not employed
  Can't afford the program
• Spanish speaking client
• Wrong GEO
  Caller is from Oregon
• Already enrolled in the Debt program
