Participants will receive an injection of either the study medication or placebo once every 4 weeks for a period lasting 6 to 9 months. Additional procedures include physical exams, blood tests and questionnaires. Total participation will last between 9 to 12 months and would include 12-13 doctor’s visits throughout the study. Eligibility for the study will be determined by the study doctor following one or more in-person screening visits to the clinic. Trial-related procedures and study medication will be provided at no cost. Qualifications: - Diagnosed with eczema for 1 year or longer - Eczema covers 10% of your body or more (at least the size of 10 palm prints) Highest DQs: - Must have tried the following treatments for your atopic dermatitis: Injectable medications called biologics OR Oral tablets called oral JAK inhibitors - If taken biologic injectable medication, myst have been for more than 4 months - If taken JAK Inhibitor, it had to have been for at least 2-12 months
