KPI / Goal: While we have no strict KPI requirements, our priority is to target relevant, high-quality users to maintain a solid approval rate and minimize default risk.

Customer is unemployed, student, housewife, or pensioner 

Customer works in restricted industries (lawyer, army, police, navy, etc.) 

Identification (email, phone, bank account, Seon ID) is invalid, blacklisted, or duplicated 

Device is a virtual machine, duplicated, or flagged for suspicious similarity 

Selfie or documents are invalid or unclear 

Customer has no verifiable income 

Customer is not a citizen of Malaysia
