Participants will receive a daily dose of either the study medication or a placebo for 2 months. Additional procedures include laboratory testing, electrocardiogram (ECG), physical exams, and various psychiatric assessments. Total participation will last approximately 3 months and would include weekly visits, 5 in-office and 8 remote, throughout the study. Eligibility for the study will be determined by the study doctor following one or more in-person screening visits to the clinic.
